Pasteurized, Cows' Milk, France
Made by Jean Perrin in the Savoie region of the French Alps. This artisan cheese is made from mountain cow`s milk and is a smooth and very creamy cheese with a fresh white truffle taste. Always packed in a wooden box. Wonderful when ripe, very pale, creamy and oozy. The riper the cheese the more pungent it becomes.
