Description

Gisele is made from a blend of goat and cow's milk at  Boston Post Dairy in Vermont, where this creamery-savvy family has made local product since 1962.  Named for the family matriarch, it is finished with a wash of spiced apple cider and aged from three to five months as its flavor intensifies.   This Swiss-style fruity cheese pairs well with sparkling wines, ciders and Merlot--try munching on thinly sliced pears or grapes with Gisele to celebrate Autumn!
