Using milk from cows grazing on Certified Organic pastures, this California cheese has a buttery flavor and subtle, grassy/tangy finish. It is an all-natural, semi-hard, farmstead cheese made from pasteurized cows’ milk. The cheese is aged a minimum of 90 days and is certified Kosher. Great as a stand-alone table cheese, or for melting into pasta or risotto.
