Made by the Quicke family at their home farm in the village of Newton St. Cyres S.W. England. A very traditional cheddar, aged 18 months. Conforming to traditional standards, this farmhouse cheddar has a smooth texture with a sharp bite, crisp finish and crystalline texture. It melts in the mouth with a full flavor approaching hazelnuts.
