This triple cream cow's milk/cow's cream cheese is rich and buttery, smooth and elegant and the perfect centerpiece for a cheese plate. The makers suggest accessorizing it with nuts and berries, dipped delicately into chopped herbs, or enhanced with honey, mustard, balsamic... but really, is that gilding the lilly?
