This Grand Reserva Spanish cheese is made from the milk of the Manchega sheep. It is coated with natural local rosemary and is aged for 8 months in natural caves. During the curing time, the cheese picks up just a little of the amazing aroma of the rosemary, adding an extra depth of flavor.
