Tangy, buttery and aromatic are the adjectives that come to mind when we talk about this wonderful Belgian cheese. The rind adds flavor as it is purposely rinsed and rubbed with brine – not plain water. This additional moisture promotes the growth of surface bacteria which, in turn, enhance the taste. This semi-soft cheese is great on a cheese plate, or melted on crusty bread.
