Description

Rice vinegar, made using distilled vinegar with 4% acidity, is most popular in the cuisines of East and Southeast Asia. This “white” variety (actually, pale yellow) is light and delicate used in the preparation of rice and salad dressings. We use it in marinades and as a “brightener” for freshly steamed vegetables, too.
