Saint Agur, a soft, Blue, vegetarian, pasteurized double cream is made in Beauzac, a village in the Auvergne, with milk from local cows. Aged for 10 weeks, Saint Agur  has a super creamy texture and slightly salty taste setting it apart from Roquefort-its older, sharper, more crumbly and equally delicious cousin. Enjoy it with a fruity red, maybe pears, some walnuts and even a drop of honey or just slathered on bread or crackers.
