This creamy cheese gets its mild toasted flavor from Beechwood used to gently smoke it at the end of the production cycle. It's made by a family-owned dairy in the Canary Islands which honors traditional cheese-making processes. They use local milk from Majorero goats, and age the cheese for 15 days so we can happily enjoy it with fresh fruits, olives and charcuterie.
