This Grand Reserva Spanish cheese is made from the milk of the Manchega sheep. It is coated with natural local rosemary and is aged for eight months in natural caves. During the curing time, the cheese picks up just a little of the amazing aroma of the rosemary, adding an extra depth of flavor.
